Safe sleep program

Must be a client to receive benefits of Safe Sleep Program. It is easy complete enrollment form here or email us at info@beinspiredforchildreninc.org for more information.

 

Step 1: complete the Online Safe Sleep Education or Attend In-Person Safe Sleep Training

To receive your free pack n play, please take the training and email your certificate to your Care Coordinator. Take the Safe Sleep Ambassador training to ensure that you know all about infant safe sleep.

To get your Safe Sleep Ambassador certificate you must score a 90% or better to pass the quiz and earn your certificate.

 

Step 2: Send proof of completion

Download or save your certificate as proof of completion. Send to your Care Coordinator

Step 3: Spread the Infant Safe Sleep Message

Spread the message to other clients, friends, family and/or community members.
